At Understatement, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original shipping box or a similar secure mailer, ensuring the pre-paid return shipping label is clearly visible on the outside.

  Drop Off Your Parcel

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup through the carrier's website.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
